A useful quote takes four facts, not a form. Accounting and tax work is priced on the volume and complexity of your business, not a rate card, so any firm quoting a flat figure before understanding your business is guessing. Tell us your monthly transaction volume, what you need covered, the state of your records and your licence type, and we will scope it and price it in writing, so you can compare us with anyone else on a genuine like-for-like basis.
What determines your price
These are the drivers, in rough order of impact. Map your business against them and you will know before we speak whether you are a light, medium or heavy engagement:
- Transaction volume: invoices, payments and bank lines per month, the single biggest factor
- Complexity: inventory, multiple currencies, multiple entities, project costing, cash handling
- Scope: bookkeeping only, or bookkeeping plus VAT, corporate tax, payroll, management accounts and year-end statements
- Condition of your records: a clean handover costs less to run than one starting with a backlog
- Licence type: mainland or free zone, and any zone audit requirement that adds scope
What to send us
- Trade licence for each entity you hold
- Approximate monthly transaction volume, or last twelve months’ revenue
- What you need covered: bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, payroll, audit support
- The state of your records: current on software, behind, or starting fresh
We quote against a written scope. A lower figure that quietly excludes VAT filing or corporate tax is not cheaper. It is a smaller scope with a gap you fill later. Ask every firm, including us, to quote against the same list, then compare.
